Project Specification: To bring new business to two man company Weapon 7, a newly formed cutting edge digital interactive television agency.
Delivered: After suggesting interactive pop promo as a new concept I introduced Weapon 7 to Head of Digital at EMI to produce the world's first interactive television pop promo. EMI selected their new band 'Hell is for Heroes' for the project that was broadcast on MTV through Sky BSB. Utilising a hidden 'press red' interactive button that lead to content directing audiences to the web and participate in target marketing across platforms. A very successful campaign for the band, EMI and Weapon 7 who gained invaluable media coverage and attracted major clients including HSBC and Adidas. Subsequent increased turnover for Weapon 7 lead to two years consistent Company growth evolving them into a multi-million pound acquisition for media agency Omnicom.
