Delivered: I have secured a number of career building opportunities for the newly arrived chef. Sourced regular television guest appearances on the BBC's UK Food Channel's "Good Food Live", ITV's 'This Morning' and Channel 4 where Ashbell would demonstrate his fantastic Southern Regional Cuisine.
After delivering a summer long cafe contract for The Royal Park's Serpentine, I raised finance for a Notting Hill restaurant called 'Ashbells' which launched to great acclaim in The Sunday Times magazine. The accolade spun more media interest and ongoing consultancies. Ashbell created a unique footprint in the restaurant trade.
